Robin and Meredith Youngson offer consulting services to healthcare and community organisations internationally, with experience in the UK, Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East
Our dream is to partner with the leaders of healthcare organisations to help liberate the spirit of caring and compassion across your entire community of health workers. But be prepared for challenge: organisations do not become more compassionate unless the senior leaders are willing to role-model and lead the change required.
We can share research and experience showing how a caring and compassionate organization achieves:
- better clinical outcomes
- enhanced patient safety
- higher patient satisfaction
- happier and more satisfied health professionals
- reduced costs
- enhanced reputation
- transformed recruitment and retention.
Everything you need already exists within your organisation. We use processes of positive psychology and appreciative inquiry to liberate the passion and talent of your staff.
We also encourage organisations to join the Charter for Compassion.
